Now onboarding stores and shipping companies

Your customers ask where is my order. Kerix already knows.

An assistant on your own WhatsApp number that answers order and support questions from your real data — in Arabic and English — and hands the hard ones to your team before they turn into a complaint.

A 24-hour trial on your own number follows the demo. No card.

How it works

Three things to set up, once.

No new number, no migration, and nothing for your customers to install or learn.

  1. 01

    Connect your own number

Your WhatsApp Business number stays yours. Kerix connects to it through Meta's official onboarding — no shared number, no forwarding, no second phone on a desk.

  2. 02

Describe the job in plain language

Write what the assistant should say and refuse, the way you'd brief a new agent. Kerix turns it into rules you can read, version and roll back.

  3. 03

    Point it at your orders

Connect the system you already keep orders in. When a customer asks where their order is, the answer comes from your data, not from a guess.

What it does

Two jobs, done properly.

Kerix ships with the two that fill an inbox. You shape both in plain language.

Orders

The questions that arrive a hundred times a day.

  • Where is my order, and when will it arrive
  • Change the delivery address before dispatch
  • Cancel, return or exchange, within your rules
  • Confirm an order the customer placed minutes ago

Customer support

Answers from your policy, not from the internet.

  • Shipping times, fees and coverage areas
  • Return windows and what qualifies
  • Payment and refund questions
  • Anything outside the policy goes to a person

Where the line is

An assistant you can hold to a rule.

The interesting part of an automated inbox is not what it answers. It is what it refuses, and what it costs you when it speaks.

It hands over

When a question falls outside what it was told, Kerix stops and passes the conversation to your team with the whole history attached — in the shared inbox, not a separate app.

Arabic, Arabizi and English

Customers switch language mid-sentence. Kerix answers in the language it was written to, including Arabic typed in Latin letters.

It can only propose

The assistant that helps you write rules cannot publish them. Every change to what your bot says is reviewed by a person and kept in version history.

It respects the window

WhatsApp charges by message and by template. Kerix knows the difference between a free reply inside the service window and a billable template, and tells you before it sends one.

Channels

WhatsApp first. The rest in order.

The same rules, the same history and the same inbox, wherever the customer writes. We add one channel at a time and say plainly which are ready.

Questions

The ones worth asking first.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Kerix connects to the WhatsApp Business number your customers already write to, through Meta's official onboarding flow. The number, and the account behind it, stay in your name.

What does WhatsApp itself cost?

Meta bills you directly for messaging, separately from Kerix. Messages your customer starts are free to reply to for 24 hours; templates you start are charged. Kerix shows you which is which before anything is sent, and never sends a paid template on its own initiative.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and hands the conversation to your team, rather than inventing something. You decide in the rules where that line sits — and you can watch every handover in the activity log.

Which order systems do you connect to?

Kerix reads orders over a connector we configure with you during the trial, so a custom or in-house system is fine. Tell us what you keep orders in when you request a demo.

How does the trial work?

Request a demo and we'll walk through your case. If it fits, you get a 24-hour trial on your own number with your own rules, and you decide afterwards.
